Quick and responsive service from Martyn and others to do a big repair of an old pipe in my cottage flat that had caused damage to the flat downstairs and to fit a full new bathroom. Great communication - Martyn explained each piece of work before beginning, gave me options each time and kept me updated throughout, always thinking ahead to keep all of the work on track. Good follow up communication from Martyn too, always checking that I was happy with everything and no snagging issues had come up after the main jobs were completed. Would recommend Impact Glasgow to others (and have already done a few times!) thanks!

We called Impact after a leak in our bathroom during the first weeks of lockdown. Martyn came out several times to advise on the best course of action (including evenings and Sundays) until it became clear that major work was unavoidable. During the work, Martyn was in constant contact with us about the progress of the work (I'm going to miss our chats to be honest!) and was honest with us about some further works required for safety. He's been just as invested in our bathroom as we have, from advice on tiling schemes, to standing in the middle of topps tiles sending us pictures of grout colours! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Every single bit of work needed was arranged and scheduled by Impact, which took a weight off our minds during a stressful time. All the work done was completed to a very high standard, and every single person working in the flat was polite, tidy, and happy to answer our multitude of questions! I feel like all the things I hated about my bathroom have been put right now, and I'm delighted with the end result. Thanks Impact!

We had a pretty major leak in our bathroom going down to the flat below. Martyn came swiftly by, assessed the issue and got his team out the next day to not only address the problem with our flat but also the flat below as well. Working from home with 2 young kids during the Covid 19 lockdown his team were friendly, detailed, and efficient. Martyn always made himself available to set my mind at ease when I was having moments of stress The job was a major re-fit of all the plumbing in our Tenement flat; tiled flooring had to be removed, insulation between the flats replaced, a substantial amount of wall tiles taken down, the partition wall stripped then re-plastered also fixes to joists and flooring. The bathroom is back looking identical if not better than it was before. The team (especially Craig) were great and left the Flat at the end of the day clean and safe.

Martyn at Impact Glasgow runs a team of conscientious, courteous and reliable tradesmen, which is supplemented by a broader network of professionals with expertise in different areas.

The team recently installed a new bathroom wash hand basin and also helped advise on fitting of an electric induction hob. Always accommodating, always helpful.

My ‘go to‘ for any work needing done.

Review Comments
Our old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen installed by the Impact team. We were very pleased with the final result and both Martyn and his team were very pleasant to deal with.

Our only criticism is that we felt the work could have been completed more efficiently, although the delays are perhaps understandable with the lifting of lockdown in May and the numerous other projects Impact were committed to.

The finished kitchen is a pleasure to spend time in and we were very impressed with Impact's customer service and the quality of their work, as well as their attention to detail.

Very professional experience with Impact. Once the Statement of Work had been drawn up, the Project Manager - Martyn - visited to give an outline of everything required, the timescales and what to expect when the work was being done before we agreed. We were supplied with constant updates throughout the project by Martyn and looking at other reviews this seems to be the level of professionalism everyone else has experienced too. Can't recommend highly enough

We have used impact for 2 jobs now at Cathcart Castle GC. First class service, very reasonable cost and excellent quality of work, and will use at the Club again in the future. Due to quality of work at CCGC also used them for plumbing repair at home.

Bathroom revamp using new and existing fittings, new fuse box and redecorated throughout. I can't recommend Impact highly enough - Martyn was brilliant at working through what was needed with me (and what wasn't, which I really appreciated) and his guys were all a delight to have in my home. The whole experience was positive from start to a very professional finish.

From our very first meeting with Martyn, we knew that we were in safe hands. All the Impact staff were polite, professional, and most importantly excellent tradesmen.

Anyone who has ever undertaken the task of renovating a tenement flat will know that it can be a bit of a voyage into the unknown, Having Impact on the job gave us the confidence that no matter what we uncovered they would be able to bring it back up to standard and leave the finish we wanted.

Impact really did go above and beyond to finish what I would politely describe as 'challenging' project, not least because we were still living in the flat for much of the time.

I would 100% use Impact again and have actively been recommending them to anyone I know who is thinking about getting work done.

Excellent difficult repair to leak in central heating pipe. Laminate floor lifted carefully and replaced perfectly. Small patch cut in wall plaster then filled very neatly. Not cheap but top quality service and standard. I would use again.

Organising work for aged parents at a distance is usually a complete nightmare. However having discovered Impact Glasgow I can say that they were fantastic: extremely professional and very very reliable. The work done was emergency repair work to damage which my Dad had just ignored because of Covid. When I finally could get over to visit I had to take quick action. Impact Glasgow appreciated that I was only in the UK for a short time, and Mr. Orr made time in his busy schedule to specially come out.

This was short term emergency measures prior to main work still to come. It concerned:
1. Fixing a leak from a shower cabinet from the upstairs bathroom which had caused a lot of damage in the downstairs bathroom.
2. Exposing and raising a hidden trap we did not know about under driveway paving stones.

I was able to go back home in the full confidence that the emergency work would be completed. Permanent solutions (new shower systems and bathroom mods) are now being planned, and I have every confidence that Impact Glasgow will carry out the work to a high standard.

Our boiler was dangerously old and in need of replacement and Impact made it so easy for us. The initial chat was clear and reassuring, we were given all the information we would need and the installation was quick and efficient. I’m very happy with the aftercare and delighted with our new boiler and smart timer.
