Emergency Callouts.
An emergency callout entails our team coming to your property as soon as possible. When it comes to water leakages it’s best to get these seen to sooner rather than later to prevent the damage from worsening.
Our emergency call outs have a flat rate of £140 including VAT as a callout fee and our opening hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Once the upfront payment is made, our team will be on hand to make the issue safe and if within our capability prevent the damage happening again. We will advise if your job needs replacement parts and always provide solutions to you as a customer.
